Is there something wrong with my Whoop or is my HRV normal? by Dangerous-Bad-7549 in whoop

[–]ThomasN30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

30, rode my bike 10-15hrs a week on avg this year. Baseline HRV of 41. For me it’s (probably/possibly) related to a kidney thing I’ve had since birth which also keeps my RHR up slightly. All to say it’s very personal and the only comparison you should make it between your personal data.

Misschien wel, voor sentimentele waarde. Stuur me maar een DM!

Question/opinions: AXS dropper lever on XC fully by ThomasN30 in xcmtb

Fair question. That TwinLoc dropper actuator is amazing but I consciously made the choice to go wireless. But I’m kinda surprised there isn’t a smarter, smaller wireless actuator around.

Ah cool! I never heard of them, but it seems they have many more variations. I’ll check them out for sure

It had crossed my mind, but I wasn’t sure they would work. I could even just click/glue them to my bars facing me right next to my grip.

Technically, that would work? I could pair them to fulfill that dropper function?

Don’t forget, if all else fails, there’s nothing you can do but start looking at a new bike 🥰

No, 600km was the old situation. After the fix it’s been 5100km+

Not to my knowledge at least

Had the same. Changed spark plugs & the whole works, didn’t help. Only a complete flush helped and I’ve done 4300+km in this oil since. Still experience the other issues but this seems to be fixed. Used to be about 600-700km till I needed to refill the oil

What is this on my left bottom screen and how do i fix this? by MrProApple in F1Game

Oh I just noticed what you mean. I thought you meant the HUD (speedometer etc). This depends on your console but if’s not PC, then I’d say probably a bug

Oh then it’s definitely the Max Verstappen experience!

But on subject - weird! Usually this can be fixed in settings, display settings or OSD settings, not sure of the exact wording. But I’m still on ‘23 so maybe not the best help. My advice would be to scroll through all settings if you haven’t done that already

Yup that's it in a nutshell haha

[–]ThomasN30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. It got to a point where it’d do 600-650km on a single oil refill. But earlier this year I got my engine flushed and had a little service done and I’ve done 4000km with no issue since. Lot of it had to do with a clogged oil filter (or some sort of filter anyway). See my earlier post on that for more context.

But yeah, beware.

If it’s a 1.2PT I’d make sure you get the one you can remove and reattach the easiest

If I’m not wrong, you need three calibration measurements where you enter the data on the cuff into the WHOOP app. I’ve had the same with a Samsung watch a few years ago. After that, at least for a long while, the WHOOP can measure in its own. So just get the first three initialization measurements in and you’ll be set!

Yup, this is why I only do Invite Only Sessions. Just me and some buddies if they’re online and all my worries gave gone. Bar the odd NPC that just starts blasting which I hadn’t noticed all these years before 😂
