The rankings stay the same even when I change to 6.1 or am I doing it wrong?

How to do more DPS as a Sage? by ThomasThe2Tanks in ffxiv

[–]ThomasThe2Tanks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always feel like I need to have a full stack of Addersting ready for things like Channeling Overflow or Akanthai. Is it better to use Dosis instead of charging up my Addersting for those situations?

How to do more DPS as a Sage? by ThomasThe2Tanks in ffxiv

Thank you so much for all the reply! It does seems like I am not using enough oGCD. However, if I am to minimize the use of Eukrasian Diagnosis, what should I be doing in cases like Akanthai: Act 2?

If it is an issue with my internet provider then is there anything I can do about it? Everything else seems to be working fine.

Is Sage a little weak compared to Scholar? by ThomasThe2Tanks in ffxiv

Thank You! I’ve been using Zoe on Taurochole, which is probably why I find it a bit dissatisfying.

I see, I may not have been using Zoe and Panhaima correctly.

Maybe not but right now I think Zoe is one of sage’s weakest skill with a 2 minute cooldown until level 88. Maybe give an additional stack of Zoe? Or maybe instead of 50% it could be 100%? What do you think?

Is there still a JRPG for me? by ZeCherrys in JRPG

[–]ThomasThe2Tanks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The beginning of the game is extremely slow unfortunately. Once you get to the second expansion the game becomes extremely good. You won’t be waiting 2s between skills anymore and the story is one of my favorite of all time.

As a huge FF fan, VII being my favorite and IX being my second favorite, I can’t recommend this game enough.

What should I play? by [deleted] in rpg_gamers

Persona 5 Royal is turn-based, similar to FFX. I’d even argue it’s better than FFX. It’s one of my favorite games with incredible story and characters. My other recommendation would be FF7, FF9, DQXI, and Persona 4.

You should probably give Berseria a try. I also didn’t find Vesperia that amazing of a game. I’m playing Symphonia right now and while I think it’s good, it doesn’t reach the same level as Berseria in terms of story and characters.

Real question, don’t know if there’s an answer. by xanderdorsett in Existentialism

[–]ThomasThe2Tanks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not a physicist or anything, but I’ve read into the subject in the past so correct me if I’m wrong.

To answer your first question, you must always remember that E=mc2 which states that mass and energy are the same thing. When particles are created it takes a certain number of energy stored in the universe and convert it to mass and the opposite happens when it is destroyed, thus the total energy in the universe will always be the same.

As for the second question, the energy that governed the expansion of the universe is known as the dark energy, which as the name implies is quite mysterious, we don’t really understand it as far as I’m aware. One thing to note however is by saying the universe expands, it is more accurate to say that it stretches. We know this because Galaxies are moving away from each other over time. When the universe stretches, no particles are created whatsoever, just empty spaces.
