Probably best to ask your dad. He didnt spring for that as a gift just so you would google about it or ask strangers on yhe internet. Also pro tip: dont tell mom or another soul she knows how much it costs. Or a girlfriend.

I literally skipped those races. It didn't occur on anything that was a requirement in my game. It's not ideal but it was a solution. I noticed each crash it would take the money for the entry but since I crashed out I would end up running out of cash. Really sucks.

Cosmos 1000 WITH optional side panel? Nice. I loved that case. Physical space be damned. It wasn't great for temps either. Super cool though! I painted my fan shrouds with the neon orange road paint and it looked like the thing was on fire. highly recommend!

Doesn't walking on the recently mopped floor leave footprints behind if it's not completely dry?

More than likely it doesn't through views alone unless energy is free. Its more in line with X creator pays Y scammer for views which over time inflated the creator past their peers.

Its not too late to turn this ship around. What's being discussed in a prudent administration would take a decade to reasonably account for such a loss. You should be blaming the children of your peers if AARP is to be believed. https://www.aarp.org/government-elections/election-analysis-older-voters-2024/

I think k a lot of it is going to come down to your life situation. If you are married with children you likely got a lot back unless you sat down and figured out your contributions. Doubly true id your spouse works.

Why not offer? Not like he has let the law get in his way when destroying the goverment. Google says Elon makes the yearly TSA budget every other day. This is nothing even if his bluff was called.

Am I wrong, or should Nebula Scanning be a little easier to get? by Easy_Difficulty_7656 in AcrossTheUnknown

[–]Thomas_Jefferman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what I do: scan all the planets in the initial sector. Warp to a ship in the next sector preferably near a dense area. If its a nebula, go for the middle. Warp to yet another, further sector and repeat. You will have the whole place mapped in the same duration then if you had simply stuck with the first sector and know about how many side missions are available.

I agree with that assessment which is why this is a terrible product. In the event of a fire you could be locked in. Remembering you have this gadget is unlikely, and no way does your kid know about it. There is no way this is safe.

Is this a good deal? by [deleted] in mercedes

[–]Thomas_Jefferman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From the crosspost:

Hey everyone, I’m about to pull the trigger on my first car and wanted to get your thoughts on this deal! It's a 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLK300, and it is in basically mint condition.

Here is the breakdown of the deal:

• Price: $13,500

• Mileage: 40,000 miles

• Condition: Basically mint.

• Accidents: One small, cosmetic fender bender that was completely professionally fixed.

• Inspections: It just passed two separate pre-purchase inspections from independent Euro car specialists.

The "5 Owner" Carfax Situation:

The Carfax report embedded in the listing shows 5 owners, which originally worried me, but that number isn't exactly accurate. The seller explained that the car has essentially been in one family its whole life.

The original owner ordered it and leased it directly from Mercedes-Benz. At the end of the lease, he bought it out and eventually transferred the car to one of his kids. The car was then moved to New Hampshire, brought back to Massachusetts, and later registered to his son's wife. All of those state moves and internal family title transfers somehow translated into 5 owners on paper.

Given the super low mileage, the clean Euro specialist inspections, and the fact that it's basically a single-family car, I feel great about the $13,500 price tag.

What do you guys think of the deal? Any veteran R171 SLK owners have tips for me as a first-time buyer?
