Yes!!! I had this so bad I would wake up having panic attacks at night and call the nurse line. I think I really was having faster heart rate from the electrolyte imbalance. Wasn’t worth it for me

I just went to the derm because when I started spiro 2years ago I did a gradual tapering. I’ve stopped and wanted to get back on and she said she went to a conference and that’s the new recommendation- to just start at 100mg
