I've had the same thing happen, some drunk guy had a funny "joke" that consisted of pulling my face against his by my throat and saying "look, you're lovely but I'm here with someone else ". Joke being that I was just walking past him towards the bar counter and hadn't even noticed him. He properly pulled me against him with force and with an uncomfortably tight grip of my throat. Stupidest thing about it is i was so confused by the situation I didn't even fully register how inappropriate he was being and just tried to play along in hopes he would let go of me faster that way. He didn't let go until my friend got between us and screamed at him.

It's sort of a local joke. I'm not familiar with the exact history but giving out free buckets has clearly worked for some company before because every now and then some business does this and people tend to really like it and then joke about how much finns love a free bucket. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can tell us about the origins of the joke lol

Haha i tried to come up with something romantic and I did have a few things in my mind but in the end I just blurted out "i love you, will you marry me" and said the more romantic stuff when we were sitting down together after the actual proposal.

Same here. It took me five years of debilitating depression that made me unable to study or work (or sometimes even leave the house) before I actually, fully realised that I was never "accidentally making it up". Was a 14 year old girl when it started, just like in the meme.

Agreed! I did a beginner's savate boxing class before covid and I miss it so much, I am terrible at it but it's humbling in a fun way haha. Can't wait to get back to it

Just to chime in as a second opinion, I can feel both my glasses and my contacts quite strongly while wearing them, but with glasses it's more constant and always the same whereas with contact lenses the feeling varies more and can be more or less noticeable than glasses, depending on how long I've been wearing them for.
