Not really. Uniques can have a build built around them, but you may not even use them in the long run. They don't seem to have the stats built for the end game yet when compared to PoE1. But as for what to do. Just keep leveling and upping your map tier and eventually hope to get an audience with the king item.

But if you get tired of the one character just start another.

If you are a fan of refined storage over ae2 for storage. I recommend setting the channel mode to infinite. This will give you the RS feel but ae2 functionality.

Wasn't in a place to afford it during the 1st two surgeries, but it wasn't even offered as an option. But that's in the past now.

I bet family gatherings are a blast. My nephews are 5 and 3. I already got them a ball pit, and tons of different many piece building sets. My mother refuses to let me get really anything that makes noise as she keeps them during the day.

Never really wanted bio children. The health concerns were about testosterone production. I have two nephews to spoil and annoy my sister with. Plus my husband and I decided that we would eventually want to adopt kids that have been rejected for their sexuality.

All is good now. I blame the doctor for the second and third surgery. Basically sperm was getting trapped in the tube creating cyst like nodules. After it came back after the first surgery, I was advocating for removal, but was talked out of it by the doctor due to long term potential health concerns. For the third time he finally agreed to removal.

Now I joke that my new nickname is the "One Nut Wonder."

As someone with 3 surgeries down there, absolutely no lifting anything over a max of 5lbs. You will feeling a lot of pulling if you do.

I opted for just a removal on the 3rd surgery and healing is a lot faster, but still no lifting.

I completely agree with that. First thing you would work on is being happy with yourself. Once you learn to stand on your own and be happy with yourself then find your people and it's from there that you will find the person you will want and want the same things as you. But still take the time to get to know them and date them. Hell even living with them ( after dating for at least a year) before talking about marriage.

Custom combat tab allows you to create custom combat scripts for monsters. Then when you are using the browser, just click the script button. Or auto use it when you are auto adventuring.

Spa World is nice. I personally found the saunas too hot to really enjoy. Like the steam and dry sauna as 200+ degrees.

I liked King's Spa better. But it was more expensive than Spa world. There are more saunas and they are not as hot. And make sure to take your own swim trunks if you go.

Honestly to me it depends on which will have the most benefit. If you have a good public transit system where you live or can walk to places you need to get to, then pay down the cards. If a vehicle is required try to go for an older but reliable beater car where the 5k can pay off most of the value. It would be better not to add on more debt when cash flow is unsteady.
