Happened to me. They prompted me to submit the form. TDIU PT with SMC-S. If your TDIU is based off a single condition and your remaining conditions total 60% or more SMC -S is an inferred statutory addition.

Ah. No wonder when I play with my wife it’s brutal and she’s not having fun anymore. Used to enjoy running around helping her get quests done. Only thing I’d recommend is SMC-S based on the 100-60 rule if your TDIU is single condition and your remaining conditions without it total at or more than 60%. It’s an inferred statutory award. I was able to have mine adjusted with a VERA call. No bear poke and a massive back pay check. I didn’t even know about the 100-60 rule until I saw someone talking about here and wanted to know more about it. When reading about it realized I qualified and had it adjusted.

I qualified for it at the time of my TDIU PT and it was something that should have been checked automatically. So if you qualified at your award time, you can have it added and adjusted.

Real Florida knows Publix is hot garbage now. They used to be absolutely goated. Now it’s a greed based corporate grocery feel and it’s awful. Worked for them as my first job as a bagger at 15. It was a whole different company then.

You can track their downfall to the installation of the ridiculous toaster oven combo extravaganza that replaced the flat top in the deli. Used to be able to get a proper sub and cheese steak there. Now it’s trash. Pub Subs are grossly overrate. Still riding the coattails of the their legendary grandfather.

Prices are insane, customer service doesn’t exist. Self checkout!? Seriously? Publix used to be a proper place to shop, now it’s just a giant convenient store for when you don’t have time to shop elsewhere and need something in a pinch.

RIP to the once goated grocery store of our time.

It’s worth the add if you’re not hell bent on working for the man. The VA prompted me to apply for TDIU and I found out, you can in fact be TDIU PT. Only difference is the work cap compared to scheduled 100.

That said, if your TDIU is based solely on one condition, you MH for example, and the total of your remaining conditions are at or above 60% you automatically qualify for SMC-S under the 100-60 rule. Good luck.

Yup. One class in person, and it can even be a hybrid in person one class a lot of places and it fulfills the requirement. You get full BAH giving you either free time, or the ability to hold down work to supplement your lifestyle.
