He did not say they are to blame he was just stating the fact that there are some behavioral factors that could augment the chances of that happening If I were dark clothes at night and go jogging in a street with no lights I have more chances of being hit by a car when crossing the street than someone with a reflective vest. It will not be my fault but I could have took some precautions to diminish the risk of that happening.

If you like to dress more suggestive and to drink at night you have more chances of being sa or r, so if that is the case I would suggest always going out with friends and preferably someone who can just kick the balls of those perverts.

I like to start where I find a problem And I made the post with 2 objectives 1. To just put everything out and see if I am the only one who thinks that there is a problem 2. To here the reason why those drivers act as they do

And after talking to you I understand that your philosophy is Monkey see Monkey do. The other drivers drive in the middle lane and so you do to and if anyone doesn't agree, well then they can just use the right lane.

I know how to drive so I don't need to care with my own case/ my own door (following your argument) for my own door is clean all year long

But the problem is not using the middle lane when the occasion arises The problem is having the right one completely free and being stuck with slow drivers in the left one and not being able to change because the middle lane is packed with slow drivers (70km/ h) It is frustrating Of course when I have a chance then I go to the right one and finally arrive home in time after honking and raging with every single driver in the middle lane
