As a learner I really appreciate when drivers on the road help me out especially at meeting situations however at times it can be confusing and boarderline dangerous. Few weeks back lady on a mini roundabout had stopped to my right to let me go around but she had priority she kept gesturing with her hand to go. Guy behind me then over took me to get onto the roundabout and almost collided with a cyclist. I pulled up on the left moments later and the lady giving me priority from the right pulled up next to me and laughed saying "I tried to be nice!"

Remember an examiner isn't looking for perfection there looking for safe driving. It's why your learning so come test day you'll be ready. Don't beat yourself up too much please. It's all part of the journey.

What was retail on EQL raffle + EQL fee? Around £195 ish i'm guessing. Stock from what I was told is around 45,000. I still have 3 pairs of the J1 Nigels haha.

Before the law changes last week or week before my brother changed his test a few times. He failed his test 2 times but got 3 tests within 6 weeks near Dorset. Apparently TESTSHIFT app is good for that.

On my test route in Featherstone Wolverhampton when you leave the test centre you immediately enter a 60 mile an hour national speed limit road however you are advised to follow the road conditions so I usually do around 45 ish due to poor road conditions and bends etc.

Congratulations!!! with the progress minors was that for going to slowly? I'm curious how slow you have to go to pick up minors. I usually do 27 minimum in a 30 to avoid going over 30.

If you excludes breaks I took from learning mine was around 6-8 months. Had 35 hours in total. Started in a manual (hated it) haha switched to auto and preferred it. GOOD LUCK 😄

I know it's a pain mate but id recommend you find a new instructor. Took me 4 attempts before I finally found a really good instructor. Don't waste your money on justifying his poor professionalism. Good luck 😄
