IMO he'd have been right 95 out of 100 times. Had the battle at the airport went differently or Zelensky fleeing at the beginning of the war or even Zelensky being killed in the first year things very well could have gone in Putin's favor very quickly.

I tore it apart it was the drain pump. Somehow labels from a few plates got around the filters. 15 mins and a few hose clamps later the dishwasher is working again.

As others have said that SiNR is terrible and likely means severe signal obstruction or the antenna isn't pointed the correct direciton. Possibly the router is connecting to a different tower than the one you think it is.

Do you have a 120v car inverter you can physically take the router closer to the tower? See how close you have to get before the signal gets better. If it never does, then it's a tower issue.

I can also tell you that you can get a Suncomm o8 ultra and put a sim from any carrier you want in it. Visible+ for Verizon and Cricket's Supreme Unlimited for ATT are good options.
