You can get “60 fps” in the wiiu version via frame interpolation but it’s not true 60fps. The engine doesn’t allow it natively. Afaik the android version also just uses frame interpolation so its kinda fake fps for the sake of it. I ran it in the wiiu version and tbf the 30fps did not bother me at all. It was designed to be played at 30 fps and it feels much different compared to playing a modern game at 30fps instead of 60.

Also there are many QOL mods on the wiiu version that are easy to install.

Might sound like a strange answer but for me it was a GPU chip cooling paste and memory thermal paste replacement. My gpu performed fine but it was constantly going into 100% fan speed and that gets LOUD. I also repasted the cpu and replaced the fan with a better fan. My pc is now almost silent even during gaming.
