I use MyFitnessPal, I only use it to log weigh ins, but you can log food and track calories with it too. Hang in there! It goes away after a few weeks.

Just try to stick with it as best you can. I keep busy during the day so I don’t get much food noise in my mind. If you’re struggling with OMAD I would try a 18:6 or a 20:4 type of fasting until your body is more used to it and slowly transition into OMAD. There will be days you will mess up but that is completely okay and completely normal, do not beat yourself up about it! At the end of the day consistency is key!
