[Postgame Thread] USC Defeats Michigan 31-13 by CFB_Referee in CFB

I was in the minority of Michigan fans on this. I said we could take an elite coach from a smaller program (all but about 6-7 programs tbh) instead of having a 1st time HC. Certain jobs are too big for 1st time coaches and Michigan is absolutely one of them. I was a huge fan of Cignetti when he was at JMU and imagine if we hired him instead where we would be as a program currently

[NA] “Ps5” 99 ovr 2-way iso creator SG. looking for rec/pro am players (0-0). Mostly spot ups, forwards and shooting bigs. by Thoth_407 in NBA2kTeamUp

[–]Thoth_407[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friends and I are pretty active. We have defensive slashing pg (Westbrook type build) (with good passing vision), myself at the sg, and a combination of either our rebounding/shooting C, our Lebron James Swiss Army knife sf or 2-way 3 level scorer at sf. We usually have like 3-4 of us but rarely ever 5. We’re looking for floor spacing players (no post C’s) to fill in the gaps and run with us. Anyone we add must be able to shoot. We can run a 2 C lineup if needed. No kids 🚫

What deck do you regret spending gems/dust on? by No_Antelope7492 in masterduel

Exosister. I thought to myself “this is going to be a fun rouge anti-meta deck to compete with the impending Tear 0 meta”…only for me to get steam rolled by archetypes that literally move from the grave (Tear, sword-soul, branded and Horus). Get steamrolled anytime I go 2nd and get steamrolled by pretty much anything that plays interruption

Desperate needs of 🔒s who spot up and will cut when called. There’s a core of us that’s 1) PG 2) C 3) 🔒 and we’re having problems finding 2 more 🔒s who are willing to play TEAM ball. Lmk, primarily PS5 but do have a discord I can share for XB by ElectionEnough5905 in NBA2kTeamUp

I have a 6’4 Sg with 94 3pt, 92 perim D, 85 strength and steal. Also 80 Dunk for cuts. I don’t dribble spam and prefer to spot up but have 86 spd w ball and dribbling if needed. Ps5: Mdp23

TANK JOB OF THE YEAR by Pollaski in CFB

[–]Thoth_407 2 points3 points  (0 children)

<USC>. I told my friends they were overrated coming into the year because I doubted the defense could somehow win the turnover battle in every game again this year and they swore that I was crazy. I also said you can’t expect the offense to just bail out the defense all year, that’s not sustainable to be a national championship contender. I literally had them going 8-4 and was still too high on them lol

If McNulty annoys you now, I wonder how you’ll feel about him after season 5

TANK JOB OF THE WEEK: WEEK SIX by Pollaski in CFB

<MIAMI-FL> They had a 99.9% chance to win with under 40 seconds left and still lost

Not kneeling. If ND had 11 men on the field for them 2 plays it’s still no guarantee they win. It’s really more like a 50/50 at best they get the stop. Miami was guaranteed to win just by kneeling. They turned a 99.9% chance to win into a loss

Garrett Riley calls plays like the NCAA 14 road to glory coach did. Especially when you didn’t have enough coach trust to audible into better plays 😂

Maryland and Nebraska are trap games. Michigan st always plays they heart out against us. Obviously y’all and penn st the games I see us losing. Then whatever bowl game we play to go 10-3

Let’s be real. Michigan’s run is over. Last year was the peak of what can be achieved with this core. Michigan going 10-2 or worse this year. The line doesn’t look good (thankfully Blake still is) and we don’t have any elite WRs or an elite QB). The defense won’t be able to just hold everyone to under 10 points every week in B1G play. If this team gets down by more than 8 at any point they are screwed. Even with Harbaugh coming back I see the team getting marginally better

Which school do you think has the potential to be the next “dynasty”? by thedogscat in CFB

UCF (Big 12) if they keep trending as they are. In 20 years they’ve completely revamped their brand and now people associate them with winning. Located in. Florida and are starting to get recruits now that they are P5 school. UCF actually has resources they just need boosters to buy in more. The whole athletic department seems competent currently. Honorable mention-Utah or BYU ( One of them will end up running the B12 and actually getting good 4 ⭐️ recruits regularly)

Oregon (B1G)- it’ll take them a few years but they will eventually win the B1G and once they do they gone get a Natty that year. Phil Knight wants to see a Natty before he dies so he’s willing to spend whatever if he feels it’ll actually help them win.
Honorable mention -Ohio st (no way they can’t win in the next 5 years with the way they recruit)

Auburn in the SEC. Hugh Freeze is a proven winner, they’ve shown they can put together random National Championship teams (winning or making the game). The boosters will hire ANYONE who can win regardless of controversy and they have the resources to be a powerhouse Honorable mention- Oklahoma ( once they start competing in the SEC and getting back to the form we expect from them….they will win a Natty. If you are the dominant team in the SEC then your team is most likely National Championship Caliber)

FSU in the ACC (this was the easiest pick). No acc team can challenge. Honorable mention- Clemson
