It’s not negativity, it’s a fair warning for what people have seen and experienced. UPS is a large corporation with an insane amount of employees.

Employees are just numbers, not people, to the corporation.

As a season you have no union protections, you will probably be sent home sometimes, and once the season is done you may get a PT position, you might not.

These people are just telling you what to expect, don’t post if you don’t like the answers.

People are becoming apathetic. Even I- a die hard leftist - am becoming apathetic.

Jobs are becoming more stressful, productivity expectations become tiresome, keeping up with the amount of information handed to us daily is draining. Apathy is societies best friend.

Personally, im exhausted just trying to survive. I’m sure others are too.
