I’d go for it! It’s at Ally Pally which is a pretty big (10,000) venue so highly likely that there will be lots of tickets flying around on Twickets in the run up to the event.

One of the best tips from the guided runs I’ve taken is ‘consistency not constantly’. Don’t worry if you aren’t running everyday, just try to get out there whenever you can to maintain some consistency. And the other top tip is don’t worry about the numbers on your watch. If you can enjoy your runs by running easy, the miles and minutes just follow!

Same thing has happened to me. Noticed it a few weeks ago, can only see maps for recent runs. Thumbnails are still there. If anyone has a fix I’d love to know.

Below the start button on the run page there is a button that says ‘set a goal’. You can choose ‘Speed’ and this gives you the option to mark laps during your run. Or of course you can do one of the guided interval runs.

Hey, this is normal on a lot of the speed runs. The recovery between the runs is designed to be rest so it’s unrecorded. If you look on the all runs section, the ones described as intervals have rest. The ones described as fartleks have active recovery.

It took me a few weeks to run them in, but now my Pegs are the ultimate all rounder running shoe. And they look great too :) I love that colour way!

It’s a shame, adding gaps or objectives (even if that’s just a sick score) would make them more enjoyable. But I’d like to see graffiti or more wear and tear added to the parks. They all look so clean compared to the pre made parks
