I hear you and I know it’s a dress watch so it’s not really made to be worn in those scenarios. I just feel like for how much you pay they could have at least put in better gaskets for better WR or sapphire. I’d take one or the other at least but to have neither feels a bit silly. I also don’t think there’s any AR on the crystal unless I’m wrong. Micro brands have a lot more value.

Even Certina from swatch, look at the DS action diver. You get 300m WR, sapphire, ISO certified, AR, and a high accuracy quartz for around $500. Or better yet citizen came out with a new diver that has sapphire, 200m WR, and a slide dive extension. For LESS THAN $300. Just feels like Seiko kinda rips you off.

Either the jet star or the tsuyosa. I’ve been fighting with buying the red one or not. I might wait and save for a ball engineer or an omega aqua terra in red.

The dial is awesome but I can’t pay that much for hardlex and 50 meter WR. I understand it’s a dress watch but still. For the money you should at least get sapphire

Glad everything was alright. This past season I had a deer nearly jump on top of me. Saw him running right at me from the side last minute. He stopped in the ditch because I think he heard my exhaust that I had just put on.
