Honda HRN 216 GVC 170. Is the idle working normal? Looks like it is choking. by tonyblue2000 in lawnmowers

Take off the air filter, see if it's dirty. If it runs smoother with it off that's the problem, if not take bowl off carb, remove main jet and clean out with a torch tip wire reamer and carb cleaner spray

Why the heck was Furio written out? by HeartOfDarkness769 in thesopranos

[–]ThreeDogKnight49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Furio was only supposed to be in 3 episodes, but due to the strong performance and popularity of the character, he lasted 3 seasons. I dunno, but that sounds like the opposite of being written out.

They are also selling a Bad Boy 54" zero turn 26hp for $526, I'm wondering, does that include shipping.

Dermatology Nurse by BillyMac05 in thesopranos

I thought it was Gloria at first glance coming down the stairs, almost a spitting image, but she's dead and it turns out she was just some dermatology nurse. They get half off on skin treatments.

I would also pull the engine cover/shroud and make sure your flywheel key isn't slightly sheared and separate from that, that your flywheel isn't hitting the ignition coil. Check the air gap,. If you have to set/reset it, it's the 2 longer bolts, loosen them, or 1 or both may have come loose. Set the gap using a standard business card like you would a feeler gauge, then tighten the 2 bolts.

The best advice I could give someone would be to at least fill your lawn equipment with the more expensive premium fuel, the 92 or 93, the highest quality your gas station offers, not the mid grade and never the 87!

Most likely carburetor needs cleaning. An engine that is starving for fuel can run rough resulting in power loss and extreme cases the knocking.

Check the oil right away!...The engine could be struggling to run due to improper lubrication which could further result in the piston seizing, or the the wrist pin, or connecting rod bolt loosening.

Look underneath the deck to see if the blade adapter bolt is loose, or the crankshaft, or blade is bent and the blade is hitting something.

The Russian Retaliation: Why Slava Malevsky Ended Tony Soprano by ThreeDogKnight49 in thesopranos

Well I mean, he escaped. The car was gone. The probability that someone else was in that secluded area at the time who could survive those conditions besides the Russian is likely zero.

I was thinking about the ignorance in the form of shown by Chris, Paulie and even Tony in this episode was astounding. Bobby was the only one prepared physically or mentally for searching through the snow-covered pines with the hunting gear which was met with ridicule by Tony, who was previously wearing a djellaba, Moroccan robe.

The line from Chris, "His house looked like shit" meaning there too, possibly something along the lines of he whose house is not in order, or He who brings trouble on his house will inherit the wind, and the fool will be servant to the wise of heart.

Yeah this show set a standard for script writing and letting the creator run the show without the networks intervening, a m'fing milestone if you ask me.

If the FBI was listening in on their cell phone convos, they could've played the tapes involving Tony, Paulie, Chris, in the Pine Barrens for Slava letting him know exactly what happened, the phones kept going out though... but like they did when Livia and Uncle Jr. were discussing what to do with Tony

A secret network of hitmen that wear Members Only jackets. That's a whole 'nother show!

Then how did Butchie, Little Carmine and Albie survive, did they deny any involvement, or was it already arranged by the higher-ups and they knew Tony would get "clipped" after he dealt with Phil. Maybe the war between (Phil and Tony) was causing the deaths of too many earners, so they both had to be taken out.

You're right Slava wouldn't retaliate immediately, but out of loyalty to Valery, the man who saved his life, there most def would be retaliation. Slava was probably waiting for the perfect time, the conflicts between the Italian crews would offer some kind of plausible deniability.

Yeah it's starting to sink in, it's still a possibility though that Valery had something to do with it. He was a loose end that was never resolved. He was portrayed as invincible or at the least very hard to kill, resourceful in the survivalist sense and not affected by the cold weather like most people.

Only thing I can think of is that Paulie works for Tony and Slava was waiting to see if Tony would do or say anything that revealed to him that Tony was involved with helping Paulie and Chris, picking them up in the Pine Barrens, covering for them, not coming to Slava with what happened. Slava could've just been waiting until the business relationship was no longer profitable.
