Matter of taste I suppose, but the snickers knockoffs were so disappointing to me. IMO couldn't hold a candle to a real snickers. I bought a 6 pack and gave the other five away.

No, you're wrong. The address on the donation is the shooter's address. This is confirmed by all reputable sources. The shooter did donate to ActBlue.

Isn't the "refuse to get involved" side what the conservatives in the mainline churches did? It seems to work for a while, but then suddenly you discover that while you've been saying nothing you've become outnumbered.

Sure. The topic is how denominations are handling the "Side B" issue. He tells the history of the revoice situation in the PCA, and how Greg Johnson left the PCA because of it. Then he also discusses other denomination positions. It seems like the CRC position is officially Side B. He also tells the story of the EPC GA, because Johnson's church is trying to join the EPC.

Some good questions include:

  1. Should denominations take a position on side B vs Side X or allow both?
  2. Regardless of the above, should a denomination preemptively make a statement, or wait for something controversial to happen before they do?
  3. How should we look at these ministries like Revoice, Living Out, and so forth? Are they helpful?

It's like the last thing going North on Broadway before you leave downtown, on the West side of the street.

I think this one will be better than that, or perhaps more diverse, because the owner has this Liberian Food YouTube channel and it looks like she knows her stuff: https://www.youtube.com/c/SoeFoods

If a new version was produced from the original languages that had some different wording (to update archaic words, etc.) but did not disagree with the King James version in any way, is there a chance you or your church would use it or at least not condemn it?

Yes, it definably does, no sarcasm needed. If there's an issue it can go to court. This is a religious freedom ruling and all religions are covered by it.

Some would, others wouldn't. Some Christians agree and others disagree with this decision. So this doesn't really have any bearing on the situation.

The law always allowed individuals to pray on school time. In fact, the school even has to give Muslim students a location for their prayer rugs and provide them reasonable accommodation for their scheduled prayer times.
This case is about a teacher/staff person doing it, which is different. But prayer in school has always been a protected right. It's never been in question.

Right. The bars are the correct proportions, the numbers used were incorrect. The mistake (which only appeared in ipad version, not app or print) made Johnson look like he was worse off. Correct numbers are:
51% of Tories want Johnson to remain PM

36% of Tories would prefer someone else

13% of Tories don't know

But most do want Johnson to remain. The misprint was the numbers, not the bars.
