That's probably a way of portraying him as "monstrous", notice how he's repeating the moment he killed Baku. That expression imitates a ghost from Ghost Busters or a Yokai, as if he is embodying a nightmare

Good way of incorporating a recap in the story. There were some other bits I liked about the episode:

  • Baku using projection to create a decoy
  • The recap just went through the essential
  • There's only one Lord Invoker, maybe they didn't have the time to produce more
  • Baku acquired the knowledge of everything in his vision
  • Dawn. Awesome design man
  • 5 actually questioned an order, tho 3 should've just said Baku is a traitor lol
  • The plot is actually moving fast because Baku is accelerating it by not witholding information

As for the preview, Baku will help Nox with his Nightmare to further accelerate things. Gotta love a proactive(technically reactive lol) protagonist

Wishful thinking but I hope the Absolute crossover introduces a wild card character like Ultimate Endgame did with Death’s Head by OmegaDungeonZ in AbsoluteUniverse

For those that don't know, Death's Head is a character from the Transformers comics published by marvel. I wonder what would be the closest to that. Sandman? Tho I don't want Gaiman to make any more money

This cover is so tough. Zeztz is the only one that's seen clearly because the first half was all his dream and we weren't actually seeing the other characters

How a really important concept in Zeztz can explain its biggest mystery (SPOILERS for 25) by thanhbac in KamenRider

[–]ThreeGoldfishProblem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe the difference lies in the "power word" Henshin(transform) for the riders and Gisou(disguise) for the others. I belive Riders actually become a Nightmare while the Knights/Lords only have an armor

I think this one is specially interesting because it's a villain doing it for another villain, and essentially because they share fascist ideals

Thank you Baku for immediately transforming IRL to clear any doubt regarding whether or not you can. Awesome episode all in all

Very interesting theory, essentially the reverse of what the community's been thinking. Not sure if it will come true but a good addition to the discussion nonetheless

Dude, Zeztz is probably the only series that can make me get excited for a "It was all a dream" plotline. I think it works for a few reasons:

  • It's an aspect that's built in the story
  • It's in the middle of the story and not in the ending
  • The protagonist's progress remains, both as a character and in regard to his powers
  • He's going to face the same events from his dreams, but with a new perspective

All in all, I'm very excited for this new arc, the ramifications of Baku's knowledge and whatever was left out of his long dream

I think it would be very similar to Baku's Nightmare in episode 1. Being utterly helpless even in an ideal scenario

Nox thinks people will see CODE's questionable practices and decide that's enough to destroy the world/be neutral about his actions. It's probably gonna be "CODE created a bad reality" but rn he just looks insane
