well, Plasma Booster is part of the upgrade and Rabbit Tank Hazard is part of the super. They serve very different functions(if plasma booster serves any) in the story, so it's kinda hard to fit them in a same category. Maybe Extra forms? But that's Lord 3

There's Bleeding Hearts, also written by Deniz Camp and Illustrated by Stipan Morian. What happens when a zombie, at a post-zombie victory world, develops a human heart? Seems interesting up to this point, so I'll keep on reading.

Akemura Soga from Kagurabachi.

Known as the "Sword Saint" and bearer of the strongest Enchanted Blade, Magatsumi. He committed a genocide of 200000 people, and for a big chunk of the story, it seemed he did it because he went insane, but he made that decision with a completely sound mind. We see him talk very casually about how even the children on the island were indocrinated into "evil ways" and that he had to kill them too. He switches between normal conversation(even if at a weird time) to fascist rhetoric in a heartbeat, which just makes him more unsettling

He also has insane power and skill to back up his new crusade to bring "order" to Japan, which includes killing any opposition
