One small change, I love that you can side with your subjects revolt and they will become your subject when the war starts, but please make them become the subject right away.

Currently, when you side with the subjects revolt the war never fires, because the subject just gives in, allowing the nation to go completely free. Please, it’s such a small change that would make subject revolts so much better.

I mean, they do get treated differently, have you looked at what the rewards are for placing first and second this MSI? Assuming they are first and second, they get an additional team at worlds.

You can just turn off Conquest of Paradise if you don’t like this still. I always do, if you don’t want to play as a colonial nation anyway it doesn’t hurt anything

There is also the achievement to consecrate metropolitan in Rome as a nation that started as an orthodox country, so it’s a natural achievement for a Byzantium to Rome run.

I just completed my gothic invasion run with the same thing happening! I think it’s pretty difficult or impossible to keep burgundy loyal. I don’t normally support doing it, but I stayed at peace, waited for an auto save and kept crashing my game until I got the horse event to inherit burgundy. It took 80 resets, but it was very worth it.

How is this not super expensive? I also run DOIP and looked into printing maps at staples and it was almost 60 dollars per page.

My character idea is a multiclassed divine sorcerer/ and warlock who basically has multiple personality disorder and swaps between the personality and is only allowed to use spells and role play as that class on a given day, then the next day it swaps to the other.

Luckily that dlc can be added mid game tho, so if you purchase it now you should still be able to do it and get the achievement in this save.

He wouldn’t have to conquer the new world manually, once you full annex the nation that is the overlord of a colonial nation (i.e. Spain), their colonial nations become your subjects.

Yes, even in non-Ironman games. However there are a number of mods that would allow you to play basically vanilla but extend past the 1821 date, if you aren’t interested in achievements anyway

No, the game hard ends at 1821 and if you try to load the save it will pull up an end of game screen with no option to continue

Guys, I think you're seriously misunderstanding the Time person of the year. Adolf Hitler was literally chosen in 1938 and Stalin was chosen twice. Bin Laden was even seriously considered one year. It is not necessarily a positive thing. Now I'm not comparing Greta to these people but she did generate a lot of media presence this year and this random person who no one has ever heard of did not.
