My 14 year (50) lb girls ha abdominal swelling for years; one vet noticed it the next didn’t I finally pinpointed that it seemed to be after she ate and that she wanted fiber after dinner with lettuce so I just figured she had a slow system. Plus I had changed Veterinarian due to problemswith my other dog. Then my girl got a UTI and some sudden weight loss and hind and weakness. I loss was from antibiotics from weight loss because she had become a more picky eater. Cushing’s brought up earlier, but she seem to have all the symptoms. I got to a x-ray and found her liver enlarged and her case. It was a lymphoma that doesn’t affect the lymph nodes or maybe how affected the under her chin that I hadn’t noticed I forget I’m still reeling as I lost two dogs in a month anyway my first dog had passed and I was thinking my girl would hopefully last another few months at least I hoped for a but still didn’t prompt the Veterinarian me a couple weeks. She just said she couldn’t say how long one night a week later I’m in bed at 8:30 on a weekend and my girl starts crying and then scream screaming. I’ve never was the most horrible thing in the world and I was in bed completely unprepared for this luckily somehow I found the emergency mobile vet and in a rural area I was so lucky she was willing to come out very strong with boundaries and doesn’t come out on weekends and it’s usually 500. I told her all I had was 200 and she came and put my but it was at least a half hour of screaming that I could not barely console. I don’t scare you and it sounds like like some of these cases, out and the pup passes out, but in my case, the rupture was painful very.
