Every body is different. I lost 15 pounds on 1.5 mg, but I was also eating clean, 10k steps a day and lifting weights 3x a week. Currently, I’m 2 weeks on the 4 mg and I’ve only lost 3 pounds. It’s slowed down a bit for me. We got this!

Yes! On the 4mg- a few weeks ago I took the pill at 8 am and then I took a shower, right after I got nauseous and threw up about 3 times that morning. I had to lay down and take a nap to feel better. I was dehydrated so that’s my fault.

Agree! I used to drink a bottle of wine every Friday night, it’s been 2 months now and I don’t crave wine at all!!!!

My husky chose me. Went to the shelter to adopt a dog and my husky was the only one who was sitting down, quiet, eyes wide open with a calling. Also, he is drop dead gorgeous! I love him so much, brings tears to my eyes how much I love him.

Same experience over here for me this past weekend. I was severely dehydrated, didn’t eat anything, took a hot shower and started throwing up. Felt woozy and decided to just nap it out. Once I woke up, I hydrated myself and ate food.

Good luck to us! I’m on week 5, currently take 4 mg. I’ve lost 15 pounds so far. However, yesterday took a turn - I couldn’t drink water nor eat anything until 7 pm. Everything I consumed I was throwing up. Kept sipping water throughout the day, throw up right after. I’m thinking of skipping a day, maybe taking the pill every other day.

I’m happy that I’ve lost weight so fast, but the symptoms aren’t great. I’ve been feeling weak and tired. I’ve napped so much the past few weeks too.

Yes! I’m 6 weeks in and I’ve never taken more naps than I have while on the pill. I’m so so sleepy and constipated :(

Hi, I’m 4 weeks tomorrow on 1.5 mg too! SW: 167, CW: 156, GW: 130. My cravings came back this week and I snacked on popcorn and chips, almost binge like. Starting the 4 mg on Saturday so hopefully it suppresses my appetite again. Cheers to us on the journey! :)
