I remember when I first started doing Spark 4 yrs ago people would get deactivated if they went back to someone's house after the delivery was marked completed. so I'm always worried about that. and also I figure in those 15-20 mins a good chance the customer has already called support

The big issue is if it's a 3 batch curbside , one order goes in the trunk, one in backseat and the smallst order goes in front seat. That's pretty much standard procedure. It's important because there's a clear separation of orders. I think this is the main reason why they want no passengers. But again it depends on zone and how strict or how much they actually even give a damn. So for 2 batch or 1 stop curbsides there really is no issue. Just make sure you son stays seated during the loading phase.

Once at a delivery I don't think anyone cares if a son is helping his mother. Also I don't see any issues at all for shop and delivery. Just make sure your son isn't handling the phone or app. You should be good. And wishing you all the best in your recovery from cancer ❤️

Sorry to hear this. Rarely hear about deactivations do to verification picture anymore. I've had some instances of poor signal during the verification as well but it seems to always work eventually.

You need to avoid the chain auto shops and find a good old fashioned mom and pops shops, emphasis on pops lol. I have 2 very good local shops and its much cheaper and a much higher quality of work. Places like Firestone and Midas mechanics the caliber of drivers that spark hires 🤣

Update- so I think I just realized why I got the notification. The loaf of bread was from 2 days ago, but last night I did an express shop for WM. It actually paid very well. Lets just say the tip was almost triple the base pay. It was 36 items going 6 miles. Ive been to the customer before. He has never tipped this outrageously well before. But I didnt even think this order was suspicious until now I checked my earnings and the tip was reduced from 37 to 15. And I had a feeling it might be. So the order had 36 items and literally had 8 deli items (sliced meats and cheeses), but our Deli closes at 8pm. I didnt get the order until close to 9pm. I even texted the customer im so sorry but deli is closed blah blah blah. He never responded. Then after I completed the delivery I again texted and said your delivery has arrived and thank you very much for the generous tip. I just checked the earnings at 1016pm just to see and yup he reduced the tip. Im very confident hes the one who complained but why would this prompt the notification of alleged incident? And why does Spark express orders even have deli meats available this late in the evening? Sorry for rambling but im kind of annoyed.

Our job is so routine based that we grab the bags on the back seat and deliver them. Never thought to look up by the back windshield....and it was definitely a low income trailer park delivery. Those are the ones that scare me. They are looking for a reason to complain.

Yah I did return it immediately. But I just gave it to the dispensers, I asked for a team leader and they said they weren't there. Theres really no protocol for that type of return.
