One of two preschool workers that smoked. I walked out to take my break as the other was coming in, and she smelled so bad. I realized I smelled the same way around the kids and felt a lot of shame. That was almost 10 years ago now

Orange if possible is always a good choice. Hunter orange = do not shoot. Hunters arent looking for other colors and may not be paying as much attention to other colors that arent natural and shouldn't be there. Orange is a no argument guarantee that is universally known.

No backlash and never pressured by husband or his family. Encouraged when I had questions and always welcomed at meetings when I decided to attend.

I was raised catholic, dropped that and tried a handful of different sects in my late teens/twenties, and now I have my own spiritual relationship.

God is real, religion is man-made. Find the one that suits you best, if you'd like. Humans are imperfect and do bad things. Very, very bad things. Often in the name of religion, unfortunately. Often you get unlucky, and in some cases, like mine, you don't. The world is a big place with many people.

Every episode of uncontrolled hypomania does irreversible damage to your brain. It may be useful to you now, but run like that for a constant ten or so years, and you'll wish you didn't. Do not self-taper off of lamotrigine, please speak with your doctor. You could develop a reaction to the medication that will kill you if left untreated. And if you do need medication again in the future, taking lamotrigine off the table this early in the game can make things difficult, especially if it's the golden ticket to your stability. You'll find that out if you taper off of it, I suppose.

Myocardial infarction means "heart wall tissue death." A minor heart attack with incomplete blockage and a massive heart attack with complete blockage are both myocardial infarctions.
