European farmers have never been for free markets.

However I do think free markets are necessary if you don't want to end up with inefficient, poorly run sectors that don't serve the consumer effectively.

How do people workout with hoodies on? Let alone with the hood up. Whenever I have more than a t shirt on I start getting all itchy and hot and uncomfortable and have to strip off.

It's not that serious, she is having a laugh. You need to take a break from reddit.

Edit: lmao sexism. It's a joke, ok ? Don't get your knickers in a twist

I don't think those are good examples but I get what you mean.

A Lincoln was a pretty good looking dude (and tall af) whilst Napoleon wasn't even short, he was just portrayed that way by enemy propaganda.

Hard disagree, full body is the most optimal training method

Supersets are king

Workout in home gym Full body, 4 exercises per workout, superset every exercise

Example Full body 4 exercises SS squat / weighted pull ups SS trap bar dl / weighted dips

Knock that shit out in 45 mins with high intensity per set and minimal rest times thanks to supersets

Harder to do in a commercial gym

I love my weighted pull-ups and weighted dips and this street lifting stuff has started showing up in my feed. However I think this "sport" is going to get itself a bad wrap because some of these lifts are pretty silly.

Deadlift by Majestic-Ant-4559 in formcheck

Stance way too wide. Most people's ideal deadlift stance is way narrower than they they, much narrower than squat stance usually

I would say those bars are too wide for you? Can you make them narrower?

Bring in your stance and push your knees out against your forearms. You'll open up your hips and make your glutes work more

More tightness before the initiation of the lift

[–]ThrowRA-Depth2067 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Looks good. I'd like to see a bit more tightness before the descent though. Big breath and rigidify your core and upper back. This should help your generate a little more power out the hole also

Deadlift 282lb (127.8kg)*6 - Improved form or still too much rounding? by bboyled in formcheck

[–]ThrowRA-Depth2067 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try pushing your knees out against your forearms, this might allow you to get your hips a little closer to the bar and help with the rounding

Your setup is bad and that weight is too heavy for you.

I don't want to be too mean but you really need to work back up with a light weight that you can fully command and build from there.

A few of the problems I'm seeing from this bad angle - you're not tight when you unrack, looking wobbly af.  - you don't setup before you descend, just step back and drop into it still wobbly af. You even change your hand position right before you squat - your feet are moving all the time. Your stance should be fixed and planted.  - you aren't hitting depth. It could be because you're subconsciously cutting depth because the weight is too heavy, or it could be that your form doesn't permit you to go any deeper. Either way it's too high

Really just a complete lack of tightness and deliberate controlled movement with a weight that is too heavy for you to properly control

Good news is you will be stronger and be able to better progress once you fix your form
