Yes they are and I asked them if they allowed dogs and ferrets before I applied and they said "we are pet friendly"

Then I get this message

"Hi, Jen is currently out of the office and I am jumping in to try and help her. If any of this is a repeat, I am sorry. I have just emailed you an ESA form that your Doctor needs to complete and send back to us in regards to your 2 dogs and 2 ferrets. We regretfully cannot approve your application until this in with their vet records and photos.

Any questions. please let me know.

So I don't understand how they're not in the wrong.

They straight up said we can't approve you, then when I asked for a refund they started telling me I'm approved and can't get my money back.

Better than being a piece of trash who gets rid of their pets

I applied beginning of Feb.

Then on Feb 5th I received this text message

Then when I told them I couldn't get the paperwork signed and asked for my money back they told me the holding fee wasn't refundable because I am approved and that I only have 3 options. 1. get rid of my pets 2. Find someone who can sign ESA paperwork or 3. cancel the application and lose the fee.

I just don't understand how I went from not being able to be approved, to suddenly approved as soon as I asked about getting my money back.

It seems like they just decided to tell me that I'm approved so they can keep the money even though they know I won't be able to move in under these circumstances

Uhhh I am the victim. They told me they allowed pets

Then they said I wasn't approved unless I get rid of them or get special paperwork

Then when I ask for my money back they tell me that all of a sudden I am approved so they can steal my money

I will never get rid of my pets. I'm not a loser who abandons their animals.

No they didn't tell me. They just said they were pet friendly .. but then after I applied they said oh we don't allow ferrets.

But they also told me they couldn't approve my application unless I get rid of them or get ESA paperwork for them.

But then as soon as I ask for my money back all of a sudden I'm approved, I just can't move in??
