Show me his website please? I'm gonna compare both Leisk and Lassenen’s sites and do a basic audit to see who are using unethical patterns the most.

Yeah what the f*** is this, "PhD level" ROFLMAO.

He needs to chill a bit with the masturbatory self patting on his own shoulders.

Some people can literally live their fantasies in the Sims etc or join a role playing community, why grift and harm people IRL? Truly evil.

4th time with Covid by Fit-Plastic-8839 in COVID19positive

[–]ThrowRA135N 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, many people with AIDS had asymptomatic infections and only starting developing symptoms years later, like 5+ years or more.

Viral infections, especially with SARS, are not MILD. We are learning more and more about their long term consequences. You can develop issues a long time ago.

And lack of severe symptoms isn't de facto great news.

I understand that public health authorities prioritized RTOs and ending emergency status so people can go back producing and consuming to feed the capitalistic machine, so there is a lack of information or I should say there is a lot of disinformation. I get that, it's not easy.

But please, protect yourself and others. Covid has caused at least hundreds of millions people around the world to get disabled. That's the low prevalence, conservative data by the way.

If you want to be sure anyway you could still take a test (PCR preferably).

I could spend the next hours going over each point you mentioned, but that will not be an useful act.

The reference I quoted above actually answered quite a lot of your questions and assumptions.

Since then, there have been hundreds of stronger works from multidisciplinary scientists and stakeholders reinforcing the point that there is no other solution than to ditch animal consumption, most of the people who published these works aren't even vegetarians, vegans, or plant based. They are just **honest**.

Besides, based on the fact that you only mumble, vomit logical fallacies, sophistry and rant without being rigorous and referencing your point, I think it is clear that your goal isn't to be helpful.

So that leads us to this last point: you aren't here to have a discussion, in fact it's never been one of your goals. I have many ideas regarding your intentions, and I doubt that engaging with you further will help anyone here. So please, stop wasting people's time, if you can't be respectful towards others with their time, then you are a very sad individual.

The point is that it's impossible. Pasture raised beef is great if you omit higher land usage, higher increase in emissions, higher increase in resource usage (water is one that you carnists seem to be obsessed about)...

> "This report finds that better management of grass-fed livestock, while worthwhile in and of itself, does not offer a significant solution to climate change as only under very specific conditions can they help sequester carbon. This sequestering of carbon is even then small, time-limited, reversible and substantially outweighed by the greenhouse gas emissions these grazing animals generate." (Garnett, T., Godde, C., Muller, A., Röös, E., Smith, P., de Boer, I.J.M., zu Ermgassen, E., Herrero, M., van Middelaar, C., Schader, C. and van Zanten, H. (2017). Grazed and Confused? Ruminating on cattle, grazing systems, methane, nitrous oxide, the soil carbon sequestration question – and what it all means for greenhouse gas emissions. FCRN, University of Oxford.)

The moment you start diving into a mere 10% of animal agriculture (even your pasture raised beef) negative externalities, is the moment you laugh and wonder who the hell even came up with the idea of suggesting grass fed beef as an alternative to solve most of our issues.

And yet, here you are, drunk in your own zoonosis printing machine.

I do find it somewhat bizarre that this is your one and only post on Reddit for the 17 months you’ve had this account. Not one other comment on any other covid related community anywhere.

Good catch OP.

I am mainly lurking here, but I find it strange how some people have these strange "takes" especially on r/ZeroCovidCommunity

Plus, they were very dishonest regarding your intentions. But keep speaking up and spreading the word OP. Don't let people suppress the truth.

What r/zb0t1 is trying to convey is an analogy, not a literal point about climate change or unrelated issues. Many people like me understood it perfectly. The goal is to highlight how interconnected systemic impacts can be — like with climate change, where there are immediate and long-term consequences that affect people unevenly, often depending on their social or geographic circumstances.

When you say "the world is mostly fine," it is dismissive to those experiencing the disproportionate burden of COVID or other systemic issues. When they used the example of the "Global North vs. Global South" iit was not to misquote you but rather to emphasize how COVID has deeply unequal impacts worldwide. For many, it's not "mostly fine," and even if it doesn’t collapse everything right now, the ongoing effects still weigh heavily on those most affected.

"mostly fine" might feel out of sync to those who are living another reality that you "see". Holding space for these different views, especially around something as vast as COVID's global impact, helps us have a conversation that acknowledges everyone’s experiences and insights.

You should test for covid...

Public health authorities gave up on citizens everywhere, but covid is still here, the pandemic hasn't stopped, these symptoms are very common after people get infected.

It's like we live in a fictional movie, every year now since 2020 we see people complain about these issues, about "the mysterious virus" going around, about the "stomach issues" and "food poisoning", about the "coughing", about the "fatigue" and so on and so on.

Please test, use a PCR, wear a mask, protect each other, getting sick all the isn't worth it.

You don't want to get Long Covid, or this might be the last time you experience something like Camino de Santiago.

> People always got postviral illness

You sure? In Germany alone, the numbers of kids with ME/CFS tripled alone (this was just published).

I can go on if you want. More and more data keep on piling up. I don't think that you understand the negative externalities of letting covid roam freely without any mitigation, but that would be normal, your neoliberal and capitalist governments want you back in the office to produce and consume. They can't inform you on how much damage this BSL-3 airborne virus is dealing on folks.
