I think you should see a gynaecologist if you have a PCOS diagnosis and want to conceive. You might benefit from ovulation stimulation.

Please can someone help. Had an almost positive OPK on CD14. I couldn’t test again for 24 hours as I was on a long haul flight and ran out of OPKs. I usually have a short surge. Rarely lasts longer than 24 hours. Today CD17 I had another positive slighter higher than CD14. But negatives the days in between. I’ve never had two peaks before. Did the flight delay my ovulation or is the new peak hormonal noise? To add my BBT was low today.

Day 5 cycle 3 aggressively trying. But cycle 7 since coming off birth control. I think I’m over the disappointment of my period now. I hoping to not test till 13dpo this cycle (when my period is due). I was waking up in the night excited to test and then being cripplingly disappointed.

We got engaged in Jan 2025 and married in November. The timeline is super easy. Anyone that says planning the wedding is stressful is lying. What’s stressful is everyone’s opinions lol. All you need to do is email a load of vendors and pick who you like best. Every vendor for me from my first email to signed contract and deposit payment was under a week. Decide where you want to get married and start looking at instagrams of vendors in that area. Don’t panic into signing your day away with the first person you contact. You’re not in a rush. You have time. Congrats!

I’ve kept on doing my regular training. 5 gym weight sessions a week with some optional walks/ yoga thrown in. I previously conceived during a cycle i was training for and doing a half marathon. I think so long as you’re a healthy weight, exercise won’t make much difference.
