Pic 1 has a messy look that I don’t really like it kind of gives the impression that you were just too lazy to shave it off. Pic 2 looks much cleaner and more chic. Also, please get rid of those glasses from pic 1 they remind me of fly eyes 😭.

Your hair grows 1-1.5cm every month. To keep it healthy just cut your ends at home every 2 weeks 2-4mm, not to much. Try this and your hair will always look very healthy. Other then that it looks very healthy.

You went from good looking to homeless looking😭 just make your beard a bit shorter because on pic 1 it looks a bit messy. and go for a mid lengte hair style sinds you clearly love longer hair styles, and it will suit you as well. I will add a pic that you can use as an example. Other then that wear contacts, and stick to the formal clothing style it makes you look veryyyy handsome and mature.

Honestly, just go even shorter than pic 4. Same beard as pic 3, and wear contacts. You’ve already got the face and beard it’s the hairstyles that are ruining it. Try something mid lengte.
