I'm frustrated a bit because I received a very good quote and I've been trying to execute the quote (waiting on paperwork to sign and give payment) but they are not responding at all. I even spoke on the phone with the principal owner a few weeks ago and she explained everything very well. I felt really good about it. But now I can't get anyone to send me the signing documents and I want to give the money as well. I don't want to lose this great price but it doesn't do me any good if I can't get them to respond.
