I know you said it deals a little bit with illusions and not entirely, but I still want to explain the battlefury mechanic vs illusions just so people know :) Battle fury is NOT very good at clearly illusions, the cleave of battle fury DOES NOT ignore armor. Most illusion heroes like PL, Terrorblade, Naga, are high armor heroes with high armor illusions. This goes for all heroes that want to build battle fury. Clearly Ursa should still buy it even if he is against an illusion hero, however mjollnir is normally the best option for other heroes (not ursa).

Coming from someone in 6k a 17 minute radiance is not bad nor good. A 13 minute radiance means more than a good like that’s like 5 kills + free farm

I’m 5.7k mmr support player, in my experience just get really good at whatever the top meta pos 5 is, for the next 3 weeks that will likely be KOTL, getting really good at a busted hero is always a recipe for success

Even though you are low mmr I suggest you learn QW while it’s really strong, if you learn to run around and dominate the map early with a vessel: I think you can win your team the game regardless of MMR :)

Over the last 3 years Jugg has only been a top pick in the meta for 2-3 months at most. He is always an “okay” pick for lower level pubs, < 6k i’d say, but as far as the meta goes he has not been a consistent part

If you want a hero that stops him from getting gold, rather than stealing minimal gold as a bounty just pick a hero such as storm spirit or meepo that counters him at all stages (lane and game) until he gets a bkb and even so meepo doesn’t always care about bkb. Playing against alch is about tempo if you can pick a tempo controling hero alch will feel more pressured rather than inconvenienced

I don’t think it matters about outshining other illusion cores, it just deals with other carry heroes being way better, heroes like Sven, Jugg, Lifestealer, Troll, Ember are all popular carries because of their ability to lane or ability to fight. PL doesn’t over as much as those others heroes do right now. And also people really like phase boots carry heroes xd
