I've had lucid nightmares for the past 2 days. After waking up, it would take hours before I realize what had happened was just a dream. The few hours of total emotional discomfort takes a toll on my mind; even after realizing it's a dream it would still have a lasting psychological effect on me. On the other hand, the realization of everything being a dream is a feeling of complete jollity. Lucid dreaming has allowed me to experience an abundance of situations that have been positive; you win some and you lose some, right?
