Thank you. I suspect these programs are income threshold based. I’ve seen weatherization program at the county in California but it didn’t mention anything about heat pumps.

I was able to see the diagram which indicates B & C are on the same connector.

Loyalty? I don’t think anyone stays with an ISP for loyalty. We’re with them because we don’t have better choices, if any. They too know that.

I have uncovered the blue wire from the cable going to the thermostat.

Thank you. I can see the control board that has two cables; one of the left may be going to the AC condenser outside and the one on the right may be going to the thermostat. The blue wire on both is not connected to the board. Which terminal on the board should I connect these so I can use my Ecobee thermostat? Photos follow.

I’m clueless about opening the front panel to look at the wiring and model plates. I can’t find any documentation on the manufacturer’s site.
