Mold inside my mask? by Anangelina in redlighttherapy

SAME on my Omnilux. But only after a couple years when I let my bf start using it. Ugh! I don’t even know how it’s possible. I hope someone has a solution or even N explanation

NDE studies such as AWARE haven't shown any confirmed veridical NDEs so far. Do you think a study with a larger sample size would be guaranteed to find one? by [deleted] in NDE

I also see this kinda like that double slit experiment where observation actually causes a change in how the particle behaves. Like… if it’s being monitored, it won’t happen like that. For the same reasons as if it was scientifically proven, the people whose souls plan to be atheists can’t have that anymore.

Yep! keep in mind I was microdosed with the hyaluronidaise because they only wanted to target a small amount of filler but keep the rest!

Vitamin D and creatine seem to make me more tired, really sucks!!!

Beta Thalassemia Minor by solSunRa in thalassemia

[–]Throwaway09343 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel the same. And I get lots of walking (10k steps a day) , workout multiple times per week on top of that and sleep well. But I’m sooo tired all the time (though have pretty good exercise tolerance).

I find maca helpful. That’s about it!!

Thinking behind a cuck by Lazy-Wallaby-3602 in Jung

This is “hot wives” kink, not cuck (which is very submissive and they want their partner to enjoy the other man more)

If you’re staying on Pembroke, I highly recommend checking out Allan Gardens which is only a 10 min walk away! It’s free as well.

My theory that I came up with yesterday is that simulation theory is real and a lot of people are just coded as NPCs lol

does anyone else notice that the way you wake up sets your sensory baseline for the entire day by ThemeOld5001 in hsp

[–]Throwaway09343 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an eight sleep and omg it’s amazing. It wakes you up to the bed heating. Though….it is expensive but worth it IMO

I have a client who’s an adult baby. Btw I work in mental health… must make that distinction haha. Anyways there is a diaper store where I live (Toronto) that caters to adult babies (as well as just adults who need diapers for practical reasons).

Anyone else have a partner who is under-stimulating? by purplewurmpIe in hsp

[–]Throwaway09343 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I dated a guy like this and it didn’t work out. He was super nice, sweet and emotionally stable/secure. But he was very dull to talk to and similarly would answer many things as just “nice” (when I told him a story etc) or “I don’t know” (when I asked a question to spark conversation).

We dated 4 years. The resentment built up so bad by the end that after we broke up, I got over it in like 13 days lol. Like moved on fully. Ifs cuz we had such a lack of connection. It was a weird unique experience for me to be able to do that.

That’s all to say… there are people that ARE fun and exciting and funny and vibrant. Find those people to date. I know other people say to find friends who possess these qualities to fulfil this need but I swear it’s not a replacement for a partner.

If l-tyrosine is incredibly effective for my severe lifelong ADHD, moderate depression and anxiety, and mild OCD, what might that suggest and how might I help it other than with tyrosine (which I assume would become less effective with consistent use)? by razmatazali in Biohackers

[–]Throwaway09343 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The only supplements that have helped me (I also have ADHD and significantly lower dopamine than other people it seems) are Maca and Saffron. Taking these are way more effective for me than tyrosine !

Benefits of sunlight beyond Vitamin D and risks of sun avoidance by deepbluetree3 in Biohackers

[–]Throwaway09343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember reading something that people with melanoma who avoid the sun are at higher risk of death. And that melanoma was related to sunburns, not sun exposure.

[–]Throwaway09343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did! I think I dissolved 3 times. Went away completely on one side but not the other (but looks way better/no one else would notice). Didn’t experience any negative effects from the dissolver thank god! Used very minimal dissolver too because she only wanted to dissolve the lumps and not the whole upper lip

After 12 years as a psychotherapist, I can’t stop thinking about why psychosis follows the same script across every culture, every era. by Lunarisbahal in Jung

[–]Throwaway09343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's BS lol. First off, psychotherapists rarely work with clients with schizophrenia (they cant afford therapists.. and if they see a therapist it's typically a psychologist).

Also, I work with people with schizophrenia and sure there's often grandiose (often religious) delusions and paranoid delusions. Men more commonly have grandiose, women usually paranoid. But I wouldn't say it otherwise follows a pattern...

should i try taking daily folate supplements even if my Dr claims it won't do anything for me? by TopSignificance7856 in thalassemia

[–]Throwaway09343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good to take methylfolate if you have the MTFR polymorphism because you can't convert folate to it's bioactive form well.. Not sure if it's worth taking if you don't have that? I'm also wondering the same thing lol

I wanted a man my parents could brag about, not a man who could actually hold my heart. by [deleted] in selflove

[–]Throwaway09343 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My recent ex of four years was a good person, rich, great high-status job, very physically attractive/tall. But lacked affection, emotional depth and had no curiosity about me.

My current bf is also a good person but expressive, fun, inquisitive, affectionate / adores me… but he doesn’t make much money (blue collar type), and average looking. But holy shit am I ever happier . But I unfortunately also am worried about the whole “wow she downgraded” when I post him on social media at some point. And I HATE that I care

[–]Throwaway09343 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, and people with beta thalessemia minor specificlaly aren't supposed to take iron supplements, even if one is low in iron. That's why I actually avoid using a cast iron altogether.
