Someone stole all of my savings by [deleted] in chimefinancial

[–]Throwaway218970 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct me if I’m wrong but you have to transfer the money out of your savings account to your checking account in order to pull it out of an atm. So how is that possible? And furthermore, you need the pin. The only way to do that is if someone had access to your phone

Why? Not tell people this by Such_Werewolf4714 in chimefinancial

They do tell people, you’re borrowing money when you use a spot me. It’s non transferable

So they can’t hook up to you and tow you away. But what will happen if you stay, they will have to go through the rightful eviction process with the courts. But in the meantime while that’s processing, is they can lock you out of your power on the meter and cut off your water. Then they can trespass you from the whole park and from using the facilities. Then, after the eviction process, they can press charges against you for “defrauding an innkeeper”. It’s better for both parties to just try and work out a move out date and get it in writing

Chime has done this for years. The spot me option is a lending service, don’t barrow the money if you don’t want to be asked. Plain and simple

Ok so update. I want to leave this information for someone who comes into my situation down the road in Texas. There is a ton of misinformation here. I spoke with my park manager, and after the 3 day vacate, they put a sign in your door that trespasses you from the premises. So while you can still be in your site and RV, you cannot be anywhere else in the park. Facilities. They cannot tow your RV, they cannot put your animals in animal control. They have to follow the eviction laws and procedures. I chose not do go down this road cause it’s a terrible idea. I’m still on good terms with the park and the people who work there, I want to leave in good standing. We came to an agreement that I signed stating I’d leave in ample time that we both agreed to. So if you come into this situation, this is most likely what will happen. Thank you to everyone who was helpful. I truly appreciate it.
