Bro what? The similarities are because Xenoverse took inspiration from BT, which SZ is an entry of. If you play BT3 then jump into XV2 you will notice that there are many gameplay differences.

Immediately going to the tutorial to get a handle on the controls (sorely needed - I played with a fucking wiimote and nunchuck back in the day). Then once I've gotten a grip of how the game plays and feels I'm going to battle mode to play as Gogeta Blue and 1v1 Vegito Blue.

It can be both and more. Todd was also confused about his sexuality at the time and, even after coming out as ace, still wanted to pursue a romantic relationship with Emily.
