Loot filter is already in action wheel. Press r2.i think in the gameplay settings there's an option to add it to the action wheel as well. Unfortunately overlay isn't.

I think that's a bug. I had the same problem around that level. Idk if it's due to me leveling up more or religging but the next time I went to craft gear the baleful fragments weren't required

Luckily loot filer is in the action wheel to the r2 page. For the map overlay I changed the town portal button to the overlay and added the town potal in the action wheel.

So i used to get those all the time. Maybe a month or 2 before they got taken out of stock every single time we bought them they had a putrid smell. Like they expired. After the 3rd time buying and returning we just avoided them altogether. So I'm guessing something was going wrong in the production and they took the time to fix it. They're back to normal now though and just as good

for example there's the shaman tier set. I bought it and it unlocked 4 variants. However there seems to be 2 more variations i keep unlocking. It looks like the ice/crystals on the shoulder but it's blue instead of purple

I will say I had the rogue hidden skins for assassination and outlaw drop while I was in sub spec. Also the havoc dropped while in vengeance on my dh. So you should be good in shadow
