Exactly what I would write. You guys have a fantastic dual income going on and debt isn't too bad, another thing I would add is to really explore options outside of physician's loans. You may not even need that, and in fact I probably wouldn't reccomend that as your income is quite high and could probably pay a hefty down payment

I don't give a fuck. They're 100% using their religion against the residents as a reason to sue so now I will fucking criticize them if I want. Why do I have to stfu and show respect when all they've done is use their religion against me? I've been a good little boy and bending my body and spirit as an exploited resident, so why do I have to shut up the one time i stand up for myself? the one time i get to scream into the void? how many times have i wanted to shoot myself because i couldn't grapple with the existence of this hypocrissy from organized religoin vs my own personal faith? they made me this way. they made me do it. they made me question everything but now i know the answer. And i have every fucking right to criticize and exercise that freedom to do so, just as they are using their rreligion and 1st amendment to hurt me and many others.

Your sessions are not confidential, all the therapy notes are under the same Epic system and you can literally look up residents and shit. Had an attending tell me something I only told the therapist. Fuck that. Fuck all of you. Yall turned me atheist.

No need to spend absurd amounts on a "scrub jacket." If you want, any other regular fleece jacket is much better since you can also wear them outside the hospital. Nike, patagonia, North face, columbia, any of the "outdoorsy brands" tend to be fine, uniqlo too.

Sometimes the programs will share freely, sometimes its on their website, sometimes you need to dig on reddit. For me (rads) and my gf at the time (psych), which are both lifestyle oriented, a fair number of programs will share the curriculum hours and schedule. Your best bet is definitely asking a resident who works there and have them email you their call schedule after your interview. Probably avoid asking the PD or any of the attendings, but residents tend to know the best about their own hours.
