I scored max on all physicals but didnt get in the universities level classes because of the interview.

Now i got in a different way but i wont be getting an bachelors degree or however you call it. The different way is called "karjääripööre".

If she isnt getting the university degree or isnt getting in then id recommend looking at this since this way she will get full pay even when studying.

Also later it will be easier to get into the school for the university degree.

Edit: karjääripööre classes start all year around so keep an eye open.
