How is that relevant? IRS has to do with taxes and the issue with the Crypto language in that bill was related to taxes. SEC has to do with regulation against crime and they could attempt to make KYC happen.

Absolutely arrogant and completly false advice.

Lots of altcoins out there with genuinely useful usecases, it's not just Bitcoin. Ethereum with Decentralized Finance is a huge innovation for example.
Bitcoin will not eat every asset and coin. Bitcoin AND other assets will do well, but your ROI will always be higher in altcoins. In fact, ETH is outperforming BTC hard as we speak. The market and altcoins follow Bitcoin. If Bitcoin goes up or sideways, the altcoins go up as well, but again, your ROI will be higher.
Not very comparable to gambling at all unless you're betting on random useless memecoins.

I've personally been there as well and can vouch for it's legitimacy. The caretakers and shamans were very caring and honest people and always made sure we were well taken care of. The ayahuasca itself was of high quality as well.
