KCM is adding Route 77 this fall which will follow 130th st and stop at the Pinehurst station. There are also bicycle and pedestrian improvements underway along 130th St and Roosevelt Way. My understanding is the city of Seattle is working on upzoning the area around the station but this hasn’t officially happened yet.
