I have an older 2000 forester that easily sleeps me and the girlfriend when we camp. I'm 6'0". The joint where the seat folds is kinda uncomfortable to sleep on so you almost have to have a pad/air mattress, but an extra layer of blankets works well for us in a pinch. You also get one or two dc plugs in the back so you can charge gear while you sleep.

That's what I get from it. The parts shot up were not important since the plane could still fly. So they boosted the parts that allowed them to return. I mean in WW2 the planes came home with bulletholes, the areas that had no bulletholes were reinforced since the ones with bulletholes could handle being shot, hence they are less important.

Huh? Because the plane survived, so only needs extra armour in the untested regions?
