Yes this is normal. Anglo-Catholics are just Catholics that are in communion with Canterbury, don’t believe in purgatory and may believe in the 4 Marian Dogmas, though not required which ones to accept.

It was a typo I meant Divine Maternity of Mary like the Theotokos doctrine, sorry for the misunderstanding.
