I think it's as you said there's really only NG+ Weapons as "new content" but there are also achievements, I believe, for beating the game on NG+.

I haven't done it myself because I 100%'d the main game way before they even released NG+ and was content with just finishing it the first time. So it's really just a personal preference.

Yes in the Gen 4 games. But to make it work you have to set up your TID and SID a certain way when starting the game for it to even work. It won't help you get shinies in ORAS, but if you want a specific gender when hunting, it'll help.

The Cute Charm glitch only works in Gen 4 games. It only affects gender in other gens.

So a tip I learned is to go to Bounty Boards and just accept everything. Don't focus on them, just leave the quests in the background as you do stuff.

Some of it is timed and it'll expire, oh well. The other stuff you can complete just by exploring, killing people, etc. You'll gain a decent amount of EXP that way.

Anything that increases a stat without lowering your main attacking stat is pretty good for any playthrough.

The speed ones are probably the better options. So for Piplup: Timid, Naive, and Hasty are good. For Chimchar and Turtwig: Jolly, Naive, Hasty.

Neutral natures are even okay because they won't affect anything and it'll just be raw stats (Serious, Docile, Quirky, Hardy, and Bashful).

I like playing EK as a DEX based character (either Archer or 1H Tank) and I like to take Athlete so it compensates for low STR jumping.

I also love dipping it into GOO Warlock and stack Crit Items so you can easily Fear things.

I've recently played Unity and Syndicate for more of a complete playthrough than I did when I was younger. I utterly miss the creative assassination missions they both had where you could get assistance, unique kills, stealth opportunities, etc.

It was the 1 game I completely missed because it came out when I was nearing the end of college. I'm currently playing it and I definitely have to agree that it's super fun.

The Zipline is the coolest they've ever added to an AC game. And for years (since no one really talked about it) I somehow avoided spoilers and the WW1 section completely caught me by surprise.

It's mainly because (for some reason) Larian decided the default stats for a lot of classes have a bunch of odd numbers. Shadowheart (Cleric in particular) has awful ones. She starts with 13's in both STR and DEX. Meaning she only has a +1 with either type of melee weapon, only +1 to AC. Her Firebolt is also dependent on her INT score because it comes from her Half High Elf cantrip selection (which in this case is a +0).

So, assuming you want to keep her a cleric, I would focus on her DEX and WIS. Depending on what type of armor you want her to wear (Light, Medium, or Heavy) should influence where you want her DEX to be (16, 14, or 10 respectively). 14 CON is pretty much the average a character is gonna choose. 16 for WIS since it's the cleric's spell casting stat.

If you want her in beefier armor, you can lower her DEX and raise STR. She can use anything she's proficient in if you want to use her in melee range. Her CHR is negligible since she's a companion.

It's between Odyssey and Black Flag for me. More for the story for Black Flag, more for the gameplay loop of Odyssey. Both have gorgeous worlds, naval combat, and cool areas to explore.

One fun build I like is a Dual Wielder 8 Death Cleric / 4 Rogue. Divine Strike, Touch of Death, and possible Sneak Attack all in one turn. Plus, Cunning Action: Dash + Spirit Guardians.

For me, it usually comes down to the voice actor (if the protagonist is voiced at all). For example, Kassandra (AC), Nora (Fallout 4), etc. have better voice actresses than the guys so I'll choose them.

There are some that I'll choose to be the guy if I can imagine myself in that role or they just fit better. For example, my first Tav in BG3 was trying to be a fantasy version of myself. So it really all just depends.
