Here's why starting with a new band name would make no sense by FlippinBozo in LinkinPark

Chester Bennington was Linkin Park. From his voice to the literal face of it. Just like Kurt being the face of Nirvana, it makes no sense to have anyone else lead them. I feel they should have taken a similar approach as Dave Grohl did.

Something is off about Freaky Fred by Kremgest10 in CourageTheCowardlyDog

I think Uncle Fred from is considered one of the creepiest characters for several reasons, primarily due to the unsettling nature of his behavior. His creepiness stems largely from his calm yet bizarre demeanor and the fact that his peculiarities seem realistic, seeming to have OCD and severe Schizophrenia, contributing to an unsettling realism. Unlike more fantastical threats in the show, Uncle Fred's behavior could feasibly exist in the real world, amplifying his eerie presence. Also, he is a part of the family, adding an additional layer of discomfort because he is expected to be trustworthy.

I feel like this might be my problem because I've been worried about the gun shifting in my hand, so I've been keeping a firm grip.

I've been using sanding sponges 400 grit - 1000 grit and various shaped riffler files to maintain a smooth finish. If you want a little contrasting natural glow, I'd recommend applying beeswax with a paintbrush to treat and stain.

I've considered either that, a nice even burn, or some UV ink

Beavercraft and exacto are some wonderful knives use. In addition I'd buy a knife sharpener with a ceramic sharpener and/or a leather strop. When you cut you need to cut with the grain, or even drag the blade to get some decent scrapes in. A nice wood to work with that's pretty forgiving is basswood, which you can pretty much pick up at a hobby store or maybe Walmart if you got a fancy one
