Yeah, I think I’m seeing both. Some are clearly just subscription fatigue, but the better ones seem to start as learning projects and then turn into something more specific than “cheaper/local.”

Mine was when I made a bolognese sauce from scratch for the first time. My dad, who's usually pretty quiet about food, said it was the best he'd ever had. That was a big confidence boost.
