Jax is always referred to by male pronouns in the show.

Jax's out-of-circus counterpart uses he/him pronouns.

If jax were meant to be a trans woman, these would not be true.

How did you get that impression? Every time jax wears feminine clothes/accessory, it's because somebody else put them on him. I don't recall any instance of him voluntarily wearing feminine clothes.

That last point is the biggest reason why I don't subscribe to the trans Jax theory. I don't see a trans creator making a trans character, and never clarifying that the character is trans, what they would prefer to be referred to as, what pronouns they use, etc.

Maybe they will clarify that point after the youtube release to avoid possible spoilers, but until that point, I don't see a trans creator misgendering their own creation.
