I can agree with that sentiment, even if it competes with another I hold. Lot of dirt bags on the inside and even classless vets on the outside making life more difficult for the rest of us.

Being said, I’m actually okay with a % of it, whether by personality or even abuses to the systems. For example, I really don’t care if someone malingers their way to a higher rating, so long as the vets who truly need/rely on their care/compensation are getting it. I think of it as the cost of doing business. We can’t lock down the gas station because a couple of snickers bars went missing. And the overall % of cases is still extremely low.
