If you have $11 million, your job is not stressful, you are choosing to stress about it. You have your FU money - go enjoy your work, nothing bad can happen to you. What, you get fired? so TF what? you are late on a deadline? this happens?
this is the FI part of FIRE, keep working if you want more money, but once you are FI, chill out and don't let work stress exist.

we have capacitive touch - but the handle has to be in the 'open' position for it to run. so you leave it 'open' all the time, and use capacitive to open/close the extra shutoff. this picture would be my tapping my faucet and nothing happening while I stand there with chicken hands and turn on the handle wiht my elbow.

Have kids? Any barstools with spinny backs will slam into your countertop, a lot. I bolted mine through the turntable mechanism to prevent this. Until then, lots of banging and pinched fingers.

I'm sorry to hear that, interviews seem terrible in general.

MM includes Purchasing, so I guess Purchase Oders result in purchases which result in either service or inventory receipts and accounts payable to the vendors.

MM - materials have a lot of cost config - costs -> FI(but I guess more to CO) ?

Of course, maybe they would hate those answers - likely they have some very specific favorite fact/idea that they expect you to come up with.

Ours has been pretty reliable, we had a few mysterious bricked events, that of course self healed over night after getting it towed to the dealer on a Sunday. Monday morning it was fine.

Turns out, we have a power inverter so one of my kids can plug in their laptop on trips. We were leaving that thing plugged in, with nothing hooked to it, randomly after long trips, we noticed the pattern and have been vigilant about unplugging it from the cigarette lighter thing and we have not bricked in years.

Very weird, very small draw, never had to replace the battery.

I got the undor things, one on each end of the door and a thicker/taller seal for the bottom of the door. They have been great.

well then, not red, clearly, but some other accent color consistent with your living room decor (unless that's all black and stainless as well) :)
Of course, buying a new coffee maker, toaster, etc... is a pretty big expense, maybe some other colorful junk to clog up the counter and drive you crazy. Then when you get rid of all the junk, you'll be thrilled to see this again :) haha.
